Good questions to ask
How does billing work?
Weekly, in arrears. We bill only for the hours we actually work in the prior week, at your effective hourly rate. You're never charged for days you cut, holidays, or time we're out.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes—a one-time $250 setup fee when you sign on. After that it's just the weekly support hours. Service is month-to-month; no long-term contract.
How do you access my MoeGo account?
You add our dedicated service account to your MoeGo as an admin user. We never ask for or store your own login, and you can revoke our access at any time by removing that account.
Is my data safe?
We use your MoeGo data only to perform the work. We don't sell, rent, or share it, and we delete any stored data within 30 days of ending service. Payments are handled by Stripe—we never store your card or bank details.
What if MoeGo changes something?
We work inside MoeGo every day and adapt as it changes. Because our access is a standard admin account rather than a fragile integration, platform updates rarely interrupt the work.
What hours are covered?
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in your local time, excluding holidays. After-hours, weekend, or holiday coverage is available only if separately agreed in writing.
